For this Phase 1 Ultimate Arms specialization program, you’ll train arms 3 times weekly. This phase will use techniques which will enhance mTor activation, resulting in greater hypertrophy in a shorter time.

In this phase, you’ll train 3 times weekly, focusing on Occlusion training techniques.
Occlusion training restricts blood flow into the working muscles, allowing lactate and hydrogen ions to build up in the muscles. This results in the production of IGF-1, IGF-2 and MGF (Mechanical Growth Factors) that will result in increased protein synthesis, meaning more GAINS!
For Phase 3 of Ultimate Arms, we’ll focus on shredding as many muscle fibers as possible, by using exercises that stress different parts of the range of motion.
Not only will you maximize the number of muscle fibers trained, but by stressing different points of the range of motion, you’ll reduce the risk of injury because tension is applied to the working muscles in a different manner.
